Green tea has been touted lately as a beneficial weight loss supplement, but it’s more likely the green tea caffeine that actually helps take off those extra pounds. And that’s just one of the many terrific talents that come from this one little tea drink.

Since green tea is an herbal tea, it is often thought of as caffeine free, but this is not the case. Green tea does have caffeine, and that caffeine is one of the natural chemicals that make green tea a good choice for dieters.
